About BOOST BOOST LLC is a dynamic management consulting firm that offers an array of government compliant back office solutions to support our teaming partners within the GovCon space Our consultants are experts in the areas of Accounting Contracts Human Resources Recruiting & Sourcing and Strategic Pricing and our passion is to guide and propel our partners towards success within this competitive sector About Dynaxys Dynaxys provides comprehensive technology and business solutions tailored for government and enterprise needs Our expertise spans accounting loan servicing property management case management and data analytics including AI driven insights We specialize in engineering complex business process automation modernizing legacy systems developing enterprise software and ensuring security and compliance with federal standards Additionally we offer private cloud hosting cybersecurity consulting and operations and maintenance services all backed by certified professionals and industry best practices Position Summary The Full Stack Java Developer The CSMS Program is responsible for developing maintaining enhancing and supporting the Comprehensive Servicing and Monitoring System a long standing HUD accounting and servicing application CSMS is a mature mission critical federal software system with a browser based interface and enterprise Java architecture The application environment includes JavaJakarta EE technologies and related components such as JSF JPA EJB AJAX SQL XML JSON web services and Oracle backed business workflows The system is used to support HUD servicing accounting reporting operational and compliance functions This role requires a developer who can work across the full application stack understand complex business logic resolve defects implement enhancements support releases and collaborate closely with product ownership QA database configuration management infrastructure and security teams Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and enhance enterprise Java web applications using Java JSF PrimeFaces and related technologies Design and implement front end user interface components using JSF PrimeFaces JavaScript HTML CSS AJAX XML and JSON Develop and maintain backend business logic using Java EE Jakarta EE frameworks and enterprise application patterns Write and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and database backed business workflows Develop consume and support RESTful web services and APIs Troubleshoot production issues analyze root causes and implement stable defect resolutions Participate in code reviews technical design discussions sprint planning and release activities Collaborate with Product Owners QA analysts DBAs infrastructure teams and security teams to deliver production quality software Support regression testing data validation release readiness and post deployment verification Assist with build deployment and configuration management activities Maintain technical documentation implementation notes and deployment procedures Ensure compliance with federal security accessibility and operational standards Contribute to modernization initiatives technical debt reduction and long term application maintainability Qualifications Experience Requirements 5 years of professional software development experience Strong experience developing enterprise Java web applications Hands on experience with Java Java EE Jakarta EE JSF and PrimeFaces Strong SQL and relational database experience Experience with JavaScript HTML CSS XML and JSON Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services Experience troubleshooting and resolving production defects in enterprise applications Strong analytical debugging and problem solving skills Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments Ability to work effectively with QA teams DBAs infrastructure teams and business stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Work Environment Constantly operates a computer and uses other standard office equipment such as a phone calculator photocopier and computer printer Facility to see and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without visual aids Occasionally lifts carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 15 pounds This role is HybridRemote friendly Silver Spring MD 20904 Technical Environment The developer should be comfortable working in an environment involving manyany of Java EE Jakarta EEWildFly JBoss JavaScript HTML CSS XML JSON SQL Relational databases Web services REST APIs Hibernate Spring Boot Spring MVCJira C IntelliJ IDEA Eclipse NetbeansFederal production hosting environments Security compliance and review processes Education Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experienceProfessional experience in lieu of education accepted US Citizenship is necessary due to federal contract requirements Compensation &
