Full Stack Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We are looking for someone with several years of professional engineering experience, or an equivalent portfolio of work.

• We need strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with NestJS strongly preferred.
• We require advanced experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• You should bring solid system design judgment, including security, correctness, performance, and maintainability.
• You should be comfortable with frontend fundamentals, especially React and Next.js, to support seamless integration.
• You must be able to work in person at our Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania office.

Responsibilities:

- We will rely on you to lead backend architecture and implementation using NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• You will own critical domains such as downline and hierarchy engines, attribution logic, and referral tracking.
• You will build and maintain commission calculation systems with strong auditability and accuracy.
• You will orchestrate enrollment workflows, including validation and edge-case handling.
• You will design robust PostgreSQL schemas and improve query performance through indexing, migrations, and tuning.
• You will strengthen our engineering standards through better testing, code reviews, documentation, and release practices.
• You will investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver preventive fixes.
• You will translate changing business needs into reliable technical designs.

Company:

We are a full-time, in-office team based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $135,000 per year.
