We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developers to support an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required - your end-to-end software development expertise is what matters.
In this role, you will create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on practical full-stack software engineering problems spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

🔹 SCOPE OF WORK:

Develop clear code samples, debugging approaches, and technical solutions across frontend and backend.
Work with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python3, Java, and Go.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs across the UI, API, and database layers.
Build small to medium-sized features end-to-end, from user interface through the data layer.
Improve existing frontend and backend code for better readability, consistency, reliability, and maintainability.
Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for full-stack software problems.
Document your reasoning, development approach, and code decisions to support AI training data quality.
Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness, quality, and clarity.

🔹 REQUIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of hands-on experience building both frontend and backend applications.
Experience with at least one frontend framework:
React
Vue
Angular
Experience with at least one backend stack:
Node.js / Express
Python / Django / Flask
Java / Spring
Similar backend frameworks.
Strong understanding of how frontend and backend systems communicate through APIs.
Ability to debug issues across the frontend/backend boundary.
Good understanding of full-stack application development and data flow.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and problem-solving approaches.
Interest in or curiosity about AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
