Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technology-related field - Over 10 years of technical expertise in backend architecture, development, and integration - Proficiency in building applications using Java J2EE, Spring Framework, JSF, JSP, React JS, PL/SQL, Kibana, and Grafana - Experience in Unix/Linux systems and proficiency in Python and Shell scripting - Familiarity with databases such as Oracle and Cassandra - Understanding of 5G Core Provisioning functionalities and VNF, CNF, 3GPP standards - Capability in developing and mentoring technology staff to enhance application delivery - In-depth knowledge of SOA, microservices architecture, REST, and SOAP services - Strong experience with middleware/messaging technologies, including MQ and Kafka - Awareness of AWS services and architecture for building serverless applications - Background in telecommunications and network provisioning is highly desirable - Ability to analyze code for troubleshooting and root cause identification - Experience with open-source technologies for system integration and business improvement - Energetic and collaborative approach with a proactive mindset in leading technical initiatives - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Preferable experience with Reactive Java, DevOps Automation, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible, and performance tuning - Proven record in leading software projects and development teams - Familiarity with managing high-pressure customer interactions - Skills in creating executive-level presentations and participating in Agile processes, including writing Jira stories
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test applications for the Wireless Provisioning domain - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback effectively - Analyze production issues and formulate resolutions during the Software Development Life Cycle - Provide architectural oversight for specific systems and services - Advocate for Agile software development practices - Engage with Application Leads and business partners for effective design interactions - Assess system architecture and lead end-to-end design discussions - Define roadmaps and build governance for ongoing projects - Foster the introduction of new technology proposals to improve business productivity - Document business requirements focused on achieving desired outcomes - Partner with teams to evaluate the anticipated business impact and create business cases - Assess the costs of new initiatives to recommend priority implementations
