Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and JSON - Familiarity with AWS - Experience with JQuery, Angular, or React - Strong SQL knowledge - Expertise in JEE Web Tier Technologies (Servlets, Struts, Spring MVC) - Understanding of EJBS - Competence in web services (both SOAP and Restful) - Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems - Experience with JEE servers (Spring Boot, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.) - Understanding of JMS - Skilled in database connectivity (JDBC, JPA, Hibernate) - Strong background in Java JEE - Experience in developing microservices
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop JEE software applications - Utilize modern software engineering tools and methodologies, including Eclipse, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) - Collaborate with users using an Agile development methodology to gather requirements, refine solutions, and gather feedback through demonstrations - Present solutions during formal and informal design reviews and document designs according to government system lifecycle guidelines
