**Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Lead (PHP, Python, Java Script and React)

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid - Onsite)- Local or Near by Only** Rate - $55-$58/hour on C2C max and for Lead we can do $70/hour on C2C Total Openings: 10 Job Summary We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers and Lead Developers with strong experience in building, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidates should have hands-on expertise in PHP, Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL, with the ability to develop robust front-end and back-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and Python.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL queries, database schemas, and data models.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application design.
• For Lead-level candidates, provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and drive development activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js - Mandatory.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end development.
• Experience with PHP for backend application development.
• Experience with Python for backend services, scripting, or application development.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and database optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of full-stack application architecture and responsive web development.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with application performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid onsite environment.
• For Lead roles, experience in technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and task coordination is preferred.
