About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development, particularly in Python, complemented by proficiency in ReactJS for frontend tasks. This is a backend-first full-stack position, requiring candidates to demonstrate deep expertise in Python services, database architecture, and authentication/authorization frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of AI, Agentic AI systems, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling integration of advanced AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, production-grade backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. They will architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. Additionally, the role involves designing optimized relational database schemas, implementing robust authentication mechanisms beyond basic JWT, and developing responsive frontend applications to support backend-driven features.

The candidate will also integrate AI and large language model (LLM) capabilities, including agentic workflows and tool-calling patterns, applying MCP concepts to connect AI agents with backend systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering and full-stack development.
• Deep hands-on experience building backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, including asynchronous programming, dependency injection, middleware, API versioning, testing, and deployment.
• Extensive practical knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, including schema design, indexing, complex queries, ORM usage (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM), and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in authentication and security frameworks beyond JWT, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO integrations, session management, token lifecycle management, and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs at scale.
• Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals, agentic AI architectures, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), with familiarity in frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph being advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, including Hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), and component lifecycle, with the ability to develop responsive frontend applications.
• Ability to demonstrate deep technical expertise in Python, database design, and security frameworks during technical discussions.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications, including agent workflows and tool-calling patterns.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Develop responsive and interactive frontend applications using ReactJS, leveraging Hooks and state management tools to support backend-driven features.
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered functionalities into backend services, including agentic workflows, tool-calling patterns, and MCP-based integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define API contracts, data flows, and end-to-end feature development.
• Apply best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into existing and new projects.
