Full stack developer (React, backend)

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience in frontend development with React.js (60%) - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS - Familiar with state management frameworks such as Redux and Context API - Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming principles - Skilled in responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility - Familiarity with backend technologies including Node.js, Java, or .NET (customize as necessary) - Strong grasp of RESTful API creation - Experience with database systems (both SQL and NoSQL, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB) - Knowledge of authentication methods and security protocols (JWT, OAuth) - Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred) - Understanding of CI/CD processes (preferred) - Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (preferred) - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Capability to thrive in an onsite teamwork setting

Responsibilities:

- Create highly responsive and efficient front-end applications utilizing React.js - Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs - Work alongside UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces - Write maintainable and scalable code - Connect front-end components with backend APIs effectively - Identify, debug, and enhance application performance - Engage in code reviews and uphold best practices in development - Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to implement new features
