Fullstack Developer – AI Automation

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our AI Automation team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance and streamline accounting-related business processes. You will play a key role in leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, along with experience building and integrating modern, cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy fullstack automation solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Architects to deliver high-impact solutions
- Analyze and deconstruct complex business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Build scalable applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), SQL, and microservices architecture
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles and deliver incremental value
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance and reliability
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing practical insights and recommendations on automation strategies
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic solutions
Required Qualifications
- Strong fullstack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python (Django and/or FastAPI), and SQL
- Experience with API development/integration and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience deploying applications in Azure cloud environments
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and testing frameworks (e.g., Application Insights, Serilog, unit testing tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, including GenAI, NLP, OCR, or Agentic AI
- Background in accounting technology or financial systems
- Experience working with SDKs and integrating new technologies based on documentation
