Environment / Key Technologies: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Python or Java, REST APIs, Modern Web ApplicationsExpert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Full Stack Developer to support a new, fast-growing, product-focused team building modern, user-facing applications.This role is ideal for a developer with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes direction well, and can contribute across the full stack. You will play a key role in building and enhancing real-world applications used by end users, working closely with leadership and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.We’re looking for someone who is highly responsive, eager to learn, and capable of owning pieces of functionality from concept through deployment.What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, user-facing web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Develop and support backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems
• Contribute to full lifecycle development: requirements → development → testing → deployment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver features in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
• Work closely with leadership to implement feedback and iterate quickly

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong front-end experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Backend development experience with Python or Java
• 2 years AWS experience
• Experience building and shipping user-facing applications
• Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
