Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Python for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in building robust web applications and APIs, handling front-end and back-end development tasks seamlessly. You will work closely with our team to create dynamic, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end features using React.js to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs using Python (preferably Django or Flask frameworks).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience across the platform.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the front end and back end.
• Optimize application performance, addressing bottlenecks in both the front-end and back-end systems.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure are optimized for deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
• Ensure security and data protection practices are followed.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to deliver on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with React.js development, including proficiency with Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with Python back-end development, preferably using Django or Flask.
• Experience with front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6+.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of web security and best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, CORS).
• Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and experience with Jest, Enzyme, or PyTest for unit testing.
