Candidates must have GitHub Actions experience and understanding of feature flag concepts.

Launch Darkly experience is not mandatory; conceptual knowledge of feature flagging is sufficient.

Prioritize candidates in Fort Mill; Austin profiles may also be considered for strong fits.

Focus on developers who can understand feature flag integration within application code, not just DevOps engineers.

Await detailed roles/responsibilities from the client and start profile identification immediately.

Plan for weekly status checkpoints once profile submissions begin.
