• About the Opportunity:

The Full Stack Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain next-generation applications with a focus on scalable back-end services and responsive front-end interfaces. This role contributes to delivering performant and scalable software solutions that support the organization’s conversational AI platform. The position is critical to building features and improving existing systems to enhance user experience and system reliability.

• Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable back-end services
• Build responsive and intuitive front-end user interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement new features
• Maintain and improve performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Requirements:
• Professional experience with NodeJS for back-end development
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Couchbase
• Understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud deployment experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS/Azure
• Preferred: Experience with NestJS (back-end) and Vue (front-end)
• Preferred: Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Preferred: Experience with conversational AI/large language models such as Claude
• Preferred: Experience with internationalization, localization, and accessibility

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000 USD, with final compensation determined by factors including location, skills, experience, education, and certifications.
