• About the Opportunity:

The Full-Stack Web Developer role is responsible for the development and ongoing ownership of web platforms that support e-commerce and content management. This position ensures the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web experiences aligned with business goals. It plays a critical role in maintaining site reliability, optimizing user experience, and integrating marketing and analytics technologies to support the organization’s digital presence and business operations.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead front-end development and user experience across Adobe Commerce and full-stack development for WordPress, including custom templates, themes, plugins, and CMS enhancements
• Design and implement custom features for content management, lead capture, personalization, and merchandising
• Manage site content updates to support campaigns, product launches, and business needs
• Translate business requirements and UX direction into scalable and well-designed web experiences
• Ensure site performance and Core Web Vitals, focusing on fast, stable, mobile-first experiences
• Manage hosting and infrastructure tools, including WP Engine and Cloudflare services
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting performance and user experience
• Implement structured data, SEO best practices, and site architecture for discoverability and accessibility
• Validate and troubleshoot analytics, personalization, and marketing technology integrations
• Collaborate with IT to maintain secure data flows between web platforms and enterprise systems
• Oversee release governance from staging to production, ensuring code quality and security standards
• Act as the technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners supporting the e-commerce platform
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on web development experience, with strong PHP proficiency
• Advanced WordPress expertise, including custom theme/plugin development and complex plugin ecosystems
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) storefront front-end customization and performance optimization
• Strong front-end skills using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience managing WP Engine and Cloudflare environments, including caching, CDN, and security controls
• Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, 6sense, and Qualified
• Solid knowledge of MySQL, API integration patterns, and secure data handling for web forms and leads
• Experience with structured release workflows and deployment processes across environments
