About Ascend Commerce:

We're a live commerce agency that connects brands with our in-house hosts. As a host, you'll go live for the brands we partner with — selling their products on TikTok Live as part of our managed commerce strategy to drive real revenue results.

The Role:

No audience to build. No editing. No account management. Your core responsibility is simple: go on live as the host and sell. We'll invest in building out your home setup completely — everything you need, covered by us. In your first 2–3 months, we provide the scripts and train you on our framework. After that, script formulation becomes part of your role — something you'll be fully equipped to handle by then.

Compensation:

• $4,000/mo guaranteed base
• Hybrid commission share (2.5–3.5%) that kicks in once your stream output exceeds your base — your earnings grow directly with performance
• Months 1–2 are expected to be base-only while you ramp up. From month 3 onward, commission begins stacking on top — with total compensation trending toward $70k+/yr

Schedule:

• 9-hour shifts (3.5 hr long live sessions, 2x per day, with 2 hrs break / down time)
• Shifts can fall in the evening/night — always scheduled a minimum of 1 week in advance
• 5-day work week, with at least 1 weekend day required

Who We're Looking For: We're hiring 1 host.

The right person

• Has a natural, conversational on-camera presence — "talking to a friend," not "selling to a crowd"
• Is warm and engaged, not aggressive or hype
• Can sustain energy through long sessions (up to 7 hrs live)
• Has a reliable phone, stable WiFi, and a decent filming space at home

Preferred but not required:

• Prior TikTok Live or live streaming experience
• Retail or sales background
