FullStack Developer (Next.JS/React Native)

The key characteristics we're looking for are:

• Strong experience in React/React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and SQL databases
• 5+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps
• Proficiency in Supabase or similar platforms (e.g., Firebase, PocketBase)
• Proven experience building fully functional software applications using the latest AI technologies
• Solid experience with Drizzle or other ORMs for building efficient data structures
• A desire for constant learning and a dynamic change in project opportunities
• Accountability for deadlines, with proactive discussion of deadline adjustments

Projects You’ll Be Working On:

As an agency, you will manage a variety of innovative projects in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand sectors.

Important to know:

Since we are fully remote with a team across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and be flexible with time zones. All employees must overlap at least between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time.

All new joiners undergo a one-month trial period to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment on expectations.

Must have mental fortitude to handle a high-stress environment with tight deadlines and rapid development cycles.
