About The Role

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will contribute to the development and improvement of machine-learning and AI-powered products. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and research colleagues to understand requirements, assess available data, test approaches, and deliver solutions that meet defined quality standards. Your work may include predictive modeling, natural-language processing, generative AI, or other methods selected to address product needs.

This position combines hands-on technical work with ongoing evaluation, documentation, and collaboration. You will help balance model performance with reliability, usability, privacy, and operational considerations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Professional experience developing machine-learning models or AI applications is preferred. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with common data and machine-learning libraries are expected. You should understand core concepts such as data preparation, model training, validation, performance measurement, and error analysis.

Experience with version control, APIs, cloud platforms, and production software practices is an advantage. Familiarity with large language models, prompt design, retrieval-based systems, or model-serving tools is helpful but not essential. We value clear written and verbal communication, sound analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work constructively with colleagues from different disciplines.

Candidates should be comfortable learning new tools and explaining technical trade-offs to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and refine machine-learning components that support product and business objectives. Explore, clean, and analyze datasets, identifying quality issues, limitations, and potential sources of bias. Establish appropriate evaluation methods and use results to guide iteration, while communicating model capabilities and constraints accurately.

Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into scoped technical work. Integrate models with application services and data pipelines, and contribute to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance where required. Write readable, maintainable code and document experiments, decisions, and system behavior.

Keep informed about relevant AI developments and assess potential applications with care. Follow responsible development practices, including appropriate attention to privacy, security, fairness, and reliability.
