as a Geospatial Engineer, where you'll be the bridge between advanced satellite positioning and heavy iron. You'll play a critical role in installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting the GPS machine control systems that power the automation revolution on pile drivers, excavators, and more.

Support the installation, setup, and calibration of machine control systems on pile-driving machines, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
Install, calibrate, and maintain GPS machine control systems to ensure precise machine positioning and guidance.
Set up GPS base and rover systems for accurate equipment operation, as needed.
Be familiar with construction staking and layout techniques, ensuring alignment with site design and specifications.
Perform job site localizations, calibrations, and diagnostics to maintain system accuracy and reliability.
Provide operator and site personnel training on GPS hardware, software, and machine guidance systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues on-site to reduce downtime.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to address customer needs, provide support, and implement system upgrades.
Perform equipment calibration, maintenance, and diagnostics regularly to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
Document all service activities, customer interactions, installations, calibrations, troubleshooting, and training procedures.Communicate effectively with job site personnel, including operators, project managers, superintendents, site surveyors, and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow safety protocols at all times while working on job sites.
Minimum 1 year of experience with GPS machine control solutions or surveying-related fields.
Proven experience installing, supporting, and calibrating GPS machine control systems on heavy machinery.
Knowledge of site localizations/calibrations, and diagnostic techniques at job sites.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and site collaboration.
Flexible and willing to travel extensively; minimum age of 21 due to travel and industry safety considerations.
Ability to pass a background check as required by industry standards.
Experience with the major manufacturers of surveying and machine control solutions.
