Housekeeper / Airbnb Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Airbnb Cleaning Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of residential and short-term rental properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor patios
• Making beds and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve the appearance of all flooring types
• Execute sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms to meet health standards and guest expectations
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and kitchen essentials to ensure readiness for upcoming bookings or residents
• Communicate professionally with staff regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing multiple properties efficiently
• Experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks effectively

Pay: $20.60 - $45.00 per hour
