Role Overview
We are seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in a residential setting, providing care and mentorship to students in on-campus homes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students daily
- Manage household routines, schedules, and budgets
- Administer medications and ensure student wellness
- Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities
- Lead devotions and accompany students to chapel services
- Report household activities and oversee household operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to obtain van certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; comfort leading devotions and attending chapel
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-modeling qualities
- Compliance with campus policies on smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pet restrictions
