Location: Mason, OH (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

$54.46/hr on W2
Job Summary:
Seeking an
Implementation Analyst
with 3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, and infrastructure rollouts. The role involves coordinating hardware/software deployments, troubleshooting networking issues, supporting mobile device implementations, and collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of IT implementation or deployment experience.
- Hands-on experience with
Cisco/Meraki
networking equipment.
- Experience supporting
iOS/iPad devices
using
Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, or AirWatch
.
- Strong knowledge of
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall troubleshooting
.
- Experience working with vendors and field technicians during deployments.
Preferred:
- Retail technology support experience.
- Experience with POS systems, payment devices, and cloud networking.
- CCNA, Network+, Meraki, or Intune certifications are a plus.
