As an Implementation Specialist, you'll set up new client data in our payroll and HRIS system, ensuring accurate, timely implementations.
You'll collaborate with sales, training, and operations teams while delivering excellent client support.
Configure and implement all new client payroll/HR products
Convert, enter, and verify client employee data in isolved
Track project timelines and resolve system issues
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
Conduct post-implementation check-ins and train clients on first two pay cycles
Recommend process improvements and mentor new team members
What You'll Bring To The Table
Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
3–5 years in HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping
2+ years of payroll/HCM implementation experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel The Successful Candidate
