Associate Integration and Test Engineer

We're working with a leading defense tech disruptor connecting mission-critical technology across space, air, land, and sea domains on this exciting opportunity.

As an Associate Integration & Test Engineer, you will be at the forefront of national security, ensuring that complex communication systems and hardware function flawlessly in the field. This is a high-impact role where you will touch everything from RF systems and network security to automated software testing frameworks.

The Role

  • Support the end-to-end set-up, configuration, and documentation of mission-critical hardware and software systems under test.
  • Design and implement cost-effective procedures for troubleshooting complex components, sub-assemblies, and full systems.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, requirements traceability matrices, and detailed test reports to ensure 100% mission readiness.
  • Lead formal systems acceptance testing activities and present technical test strategies to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Conduct failure investigation activities and participate in Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Foundation in communication systems, RF (Radio Frequency), and power systems or antennas.
  • Exposure to software scripting and automated testing frameworks to streamline verification processes.
  • Understanding of network security, network protocols, and mechanical design analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset for documenting testing issues, performing failure analysis, and designing test cases.
