Title: IT Development Program - Software Engineering - 114724

Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities The IT Development Program is a rotational program for new or recent graduates interested in working as a software engineer within the Global IT and Intelligent Solutions Group organizations. This program provides accelerated development experience during the first 2 years of employment in the company, through 2 one-year-long work assignments. This position will be located in Moline, Illinois, Des Moines, IA or Chicago, Illinois.

What You'll Do

You will grow capabilities in modern software development technology and practices through challenging and exciting opportunities. Two diverse rotations allow the engineer a unique opportunity to experience different business capability areas and technology stacks early in their career. It also promotes building a broad network of contacts by working on different scrum teams. Below are examples of software engineering rotation areas.

Global IT John Deere Financial, Dealer Channel, Enterprise Data Platform, Order Management, IT Manufacturing, Cloud Software

ISG Digital Solutions Data Platform, Operations Center - Web

What Skills You Need

  • Previous technical experience through an internship or part-time student position preferred.
  • Experience with Python, Java or JavaScript preferred.
  • Ability to successfully pass a technical assessment and code pairing interview.

Work Statement: US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Must be able to relocate domestically and be open to working in one of the following assigned areas: Quad Cities (Moline, IL/Davenport, IA), Des Moines, IA or Chicago, IL

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
