We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and security across both in-office and remote environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations. A key focus of this role is supporting a financial services environment, with strong alignment to investment management, private equity, and portfolio management functions.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day IT operations, implementing systems and policies, ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves partnering with an external IT consultant, managing vendors, and aligning technology solutions with business and investment team needs. This individual will work closely with leadership to recommend and execute IT strategies that support firm-wide goals.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT operations experience within a financial services environment, with direct exposure to investment management/private equity workflows. Strong expertise in networks, systems, and security, along with solid project management skills and the ability to support both technical and business users, is essential.
