IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT audit engagements from planning through reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee IT general controls testing activities including control design review, risk assessment, and compliance evaluation.
• Manage and mentor staff auditors, providing guidance on technical matters and professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client management and serve as primary point of contact for IT audit matters.
• Design and implement IT audit methodologies and approaches aligned with industry frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST).
• Review and approve audit work papers, findings, and recommendations prepared by team members.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory changes affecting IT controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification required (CISA, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Deep knowledge of SOX 404 IT compliance requirements and testing methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership.
