IT Program Manager

A global technology integrator is seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives for critical government customers. This organisation is at the forefront of providing full lifecycle services and solutions across technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise IT markets.

The Role

• Lead a complex IT program delivering integrated solutions across multiple global sites for a U.S. Air Force customer.
• Oversee and mentor a team of approximately 70 engineering and operations staff.
• Ensure end-to-end program execution including planning, technical integration, risk, and financial management.
• Manage the delivery of integrated COTS/GOTS solutions into government on-premise and cloud environments.
• Implement and refine Agile methodologies at the program level to support iterative development and integration.
• Serve as the primary interface with Air Force program overseers and other Government stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of progressively responsible IT program or project management experience.
• PMP, Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification), and CSM (or equivalent Agile certification).
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex IT programs involving software engineering, platform integration, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (50+ personnel) in a DoD, Federal, or similarly complex environment.
• Hands-on experience delivering integrated COTS/GOTS solutions into secure on-premise and cloud environments.
