IT Program Sr - E3

For our client, we are seeking a IT Program Sr - E3 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead enterprise IT program efforts that support product solution deployment across the organization. The position is focused on coordinating complex initiatives, aligning IT service owners and business stakeholders, and driving execution through a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help keep milestones, schedules, risks, and resource decisions on track to support successful delivery outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,600 – $198,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise product solutions across the organization
• Collaborate with IT service owners and business stakeholders
• Establish and monitor project milestones and schedules
• Identify and resolve program issues and resource allocation needs
• Manage risks and opportunities for successful product deployment

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing multiple projects
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Experience leading in dynamic and ambiguous environments
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
• US Citizenship required for system access
