IT Project/Program Manager

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodologies with a deep understanding of Scrum practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to enhance collaboration and engage stakeholders.
• Capacity to work autonomously while efficiently managing time and adhering to project deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and mentoring experience to foster team growth.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Visual Basic, Java, and other related technologies.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in project or program management.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maximize team effectiveness.

• Identify and resolve obstacles that may impede the teams progress, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to encourage self-management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a structured and prioritized product backlog.
• Foster continuous improvement by promoting regular evaluations and adjustments of team processes.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and development.
• Employ strategic planning and resource allocation skills to enhance project results.
• Drive Agile development practices, including backlog refinement and sprint scheduling.
