Analyze, design, develop and implement systems and software, as well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables.
Participate in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Alfresco across the enterprise.
Implement solution requiring integration of one or two platforms, operating systems and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows.
Develop and document the framework for integration and implementation for changes .
Minimum ten years of applied experience in multiple program products and multiple system components, demonstrated technical proficiency of computer operating system functions, components, applications usage of system functions, and data center operations.
Ability to demonstrate applied knowledge in three or more of the subject areas:
Must have extensive experience with J2EE, Java ADF Framework and Oracle Database.
Applications programming, including sort, utilities and other special function packages
Knowledge of microservices architecture and environment
Ability to apply understanding of systems internals to the applications programming environment and business needs assessment.
Ability to develop and conduct training and guidance for other members of the team.
Advanced verbal and written communications skills, including stand-up presentations.
Ability to interact with senior management on a regular basis.
Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in proposal preparation and writing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
manner.Direct experience in a Health Care application environment with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of claims processing and cost containment requirements is desired.
Possess a working knowledge of PC software programs, including MS Office Suite, Visio
Exceptional skills to take general input and direction from project leads (Senior Programmer Analyst or Technical Specialist) and to subsequently organize and complete projects independently
Strong Java Core, Java ADF(Application Development Framework) and Oracle database.
Designs, codes, unit tests, debugs, and documents complex programs.
Experience in Java microservices using Spring Boot
Hands on experience with JDeveloper IDE
Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
Extensive knowledge of software development process, configuration management and release management processes.
Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent technical education and experience
