Role Description The Java Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasadena, CA. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing complex Java-based architectures for web and enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Day-to-day tasks include defining architectural blueprints, selecting appropriate frameworks and tools, guiding microservices design, and ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
Architect collaborates closely with software developers, product managers, and DevOps teams, reviews technical designs and code, and provides mentorship to engineering teams. The role also involves participating in technical roadmapping, conducting architecture reviews, and supporting implementation and deployment across Innovya’s diverse technology projects.
