Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java.
• Develop scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work with databases to design queries, optimize performance, and manage data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and production problems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.
• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure application quality.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot an
• d the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
