Java Backend Developer

Seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong AWS experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience building microservices, working with cloud-native architectures, and handling high-volume financial transactions.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in Java Backend Development
• Strong expertise in:

Java 8/11/17

Spring Boot, Spring MVC

Microservices Architecture

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as:

EC2, S3, Lambda

API Gateway

RDS / DynamoDB

• Experience with:

REST APIs & JSON

SQL / NoSQL databases

Messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

• Familiarity with:

Docker, Kubernetes

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Strong understanding of security, authentication (OAuth2/JWT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
• Knowledge of payment systems, lending platforms, or digital banking
• Exposure to event-driven architecture
• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
