Job Description

We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer (5-8 Years Experience) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, API development, ReactJS, and AWS with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

This role requires a hands-on developer capable of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting modern full-stack applications in an Agile environment while leveraging cloud-native and CI/CD best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AWS.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Implement Agile, CI/CD, TDD, DevOps, security, and application resiliency best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and fellow developers.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs/Web Services.
• Strong front-end development experience using ReactJS.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of application security, scalability, and resiliency best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
