Java Backend Developer

Role description

• We are seeking an Intermediate Java Developer to support enhancement and modification of legacy enterprise applications.
• The role involves working on core Java based systems performing code enhancements maintenance and supporting ongoing project demands across multiple internal tools and platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and modify legacy applications built using Core Java
• Analyze existing code and implement enhancements with minimal impact to upstream downstream systems
• Work on SQL Server based integrations queries and data modifications
• Support application changes related to CQP, CET, WebTools, Navigator
• Collaborate with cross functional ADQA teams to deliver project requirements
• Use GitLab for Viewing repositories, Working with triggers, Managing version control workflows.
• Participate in code reviews bug fixes and continuous improvement activities

Required Skills Primary

• Core Java strong experience working on legacy Java applications

SQL Server

• Application enhancement and modification experience
• Understanding of enterprise application support and maintenance
• Experience with GitLab views triggers repository navigation

Secondary Skills

• Exposure to application support in large enterprise environments
• Understanding of ADQA processes and project based delivery models
