Java Full Stack Developer / AI Architect

Requirements

Must have:

- We need 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI Architect.

• We require strong expertise in AI and ML implementation, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• We expect deep knowledge of neural networks and their practical applications.
• We need proficiency with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• We require expert-level coding ability in Python or Java.
• We expect a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• We prefer experience in the telecom domain.
• We value exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• We prefer familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• We value knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark, as well as data processing frameworks.
• We prefer experience building APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• We need a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• We expect a proven record of successful AI/ML project delivery.
• We require strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• We need the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- We design and implement AI and ML models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.

• We develop and maintain scalable, efficient codebases using Python or Java.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• We research emerging AI and ML trends, tools, and technologies to stay current.
• We optimize existing AI models and algorithms for better performance and scalability.
• We provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• We ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of AI solutions.
• We participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development processes.
