Requirements

Must have:

- We require 5 years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack development.

• We need strong practical expertise with ReactJS for modern front-end development.

• We require experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• We prefer background knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance systems.
• We value familiarity with insurance workflows such as policy lifecycles, endorsements, claims intake, claims handling, billing, and payment processing.
• We prefer exposure to platforms such as Guidewire InsuranceSuite, Guidewire InsuranceNow, or similar digital insurance solutions.
• We value cloud experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
• We prefer familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• We require 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• We require 3 years of experience with Java.
• We prefer 3 years of experience in full-stack development.

Responsibilities:

- We build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

• We develop responsive user interfaces with ReactJS.
• We enhance and support domain-driven workflows across policy administration, claims processing, and billing operations.
• We design and integrate APIs with both internal and external systems.
• We collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and QA partners.
• We maintain high code quality through testing, peer reviews, and engineering best practices.
• We contribute actively to Agile sprint cycles and continuous improvement efforts.
