Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong Python expertise to join our engineering team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, microservices, and modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Develop Python-based APIs, automation scripts, data-processing solutions, and integrations.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with Kafka or other messaging/event-driven platforms.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Implement unit, integration, and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
• Strong Spring Boot / Spring Framework experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, or event-driven architecture.
• Strong SQL/database experience.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Java 11/17/21 experience.
• Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Docker/Kubernetes.
• Redis.
• AWS services.
• AI/ML or GenAI integration experience.
• Financial services/banking experience.

Interview Requirement Candidates must be available for a Face-to-Face interview in Charlotte, NC.

Local candidates or candidates who can reliably commute/relocate to Charlotte are preferred.
