Job Title: Java Full stack Developer

Location: Jersey City, Brooklyn, or Houston - Onsite

Duration: 6 Months The must have skills : Python, Java, AWS, and React JS.

The required years of experience for each must have skill is 10 years.

The nice to have skills for this role are Terraform, Kafka, and Data Engineering.

Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Python and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Implement secure, resilient, and high-performance backend services.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests.

Frontend Development

• Develop modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Ensure performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
• Cloud & Infrastructure
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Implement infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of cloud deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
• Event-Driven & Streaming Systems
• Design and implement asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.
• Develop producers and consumers with proper error handling and monitoring.
• Ensure message durability, ordering, and performance tuning.
• DevOps & Automation
• Contribute to CI/CD automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices.
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or Java (Spring Boot)
• Proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and caching (Redis, etc.)
• Exposure to regulated enterprise environments (financial services)
