About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team at Knackhook. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications.

Your expertise in both backend and frontend development will be crucial in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs. You will collaborate closely with offshore teams across different time zones, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack Java development.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java programming.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS or similar UI frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate for backend development.
• Extensive experience in building enterprise applications utilizing Servlet, JSP, MVC, and security frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and related frontend technologies.
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services for integration purposes.
• Proficiency with JDBC, SQL, stored procedures, and JPA for database interactions.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, and XSLT for data transformation and validation.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, JMockit, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with source control tools such as Git, TFS, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces utilizing ReactJS or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore developers, to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Implement and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services for seamless integration with other systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and standards.
• Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and JPA entities for performance.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects when appropriate.
