Java Full Stack Developer - New York

Requirements

Must have:

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, 11, or 17 - Proven expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture - Experience designing and consuming REST APIs - Practical knowledge of React.js or Angular for frontend development - Solid understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript - Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts - Familiarity with Git and Maven - Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform - Nice to have: experience with Kafka, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases - Nice to have: knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, or Spring Security - Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development

Responsibilities:

- We develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks - We build scalable microservices and RESTful services - We design responsive user interface components with React.js or Angular - We optimize database performance and improve application scalability - We collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders across the SDLC - We participate in code reviews, testing, and production support

We are hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a 12+ month contract opportunity, with locations available in New York, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; and Arlington, VA. This is a W2-only role, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to scalable enterprise applications in an Agile environment while working closely with cross-functional teams.
