Job Title Backend Lead
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microservices Lead with extensive experience in developing and designing solutions for ECommerce clients The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture cloud technologies and a deep understanding of the ECommerce domain This role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable reliable and secure microservices based solutions that meet the business needs of our ECommerce clientsKey Responsibilities
- Architectural Design Lead the design and development of microservices architecture for ECommerce applications ensuring scalability reliability and security
- Solution Development Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement microservicesbased solutions that enhance the digital presence and customer engagement of ECommerce clients
- Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring best practices in microservices design development and deployment
- Integration Design and implement integration solutions with thirdparty systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
- Performance Optimization Optimize the performance of microservices applications ensuring high availability and responsiveness
- Documentation Create and maintain architectural documentation including design patterns technical specifications and best practices
- Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders including product managers business analysts and client representatives to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in microservices and ECommerce and continuously improve the architecture and solutions
- Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in microservices architecture and ECommerce solutions
- Proficiency in microservices architecture including containerization Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
- Strong knowledge of ECommerce platforms and technologies
- Experience with RESTful APIs messaging systems Kafka RabbitMQ and database technologies SQL NoSQL
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools CICD Jenkins Git
- Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certifications Relevant certifications in cloud technologies microservices architecture or ECommerce platforms
- Additional Skills Experience with frontend technologies React Angular and mobile application development

Compensation range: $73,830.00 to $146,113.00 per year
