• *About The Job You're Considering**

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Java Python Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Microservices architecture and enterprise application development. The role involves hands-on development across backend, frontend, and cloud‑native services, working closely with cross‑functional and DevOps teams.

• *Your role**
• Design and develop Java-based microservices using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications with responsive user interfaces and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and integrate Python components for services, automation, or data processing needs.
• Collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability through established engineering standards.
• *Your Skills And Experience**
• At least 2 years of strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience developing modern frontend applications using Angular or React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Python development for backend services, automation, or data processing.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes preferred).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $43,984 to $105,600

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
