Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly experienced Lead Java Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end solution design and delivery for complex enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud, along with solid experience in virtualization and storage technologies.
This is a hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, requiring onsite presence 3 days per week.
Must be local to Bellevue, WA and open to 3 days onsite work.
US Citizen or Green Card only (Visa Independent)
Lead end-to-end solution design and technical architecture for enterprise applications.
Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud.
Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define solutions.
Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable system designs.
Guide teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Support deployment, performance tuning, and production issues.
Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
10–15+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong experience in delivering technical solutions end-to-end.
4+ years of experience with virtualization and storage technologies.
Hands-on expertise with:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
