Must have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (including bootcamps and internships) - Current role as a front-end developer or recent graduate with pertinent projects or experience - 2 – 3 years of relevant industry experience - Developing understanding of front-end best practices, responsive design, and basic accessibility standards - Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset - Experience with React or Angular - Basic understanding of software testing and CI/CD pipelines - Strong instincts for UI/UX with the capacity to make effective design choices without formal mockups - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a team setting
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React) - Collaborate directly with stakeholders and product team members to transform ideas into mockups and functional components - Gradually take on greater responsibility, moving from bug fixes and minor enhancements to owning complete product features - Engage in code reviews and participate in planning meetings alongside Senior Engineers
