Position Overview:

You'll be the hands-on developer maintaining and extending a production Laravel monorepo - four web apps, a REST API, two mobile apps, and a PostgreSQL database on AWS. The codebase processes real revenue through Authorize.net payment integrations. You'll work under close technical oversight with structured task management, clear QA gates, and AI tooling handling much of the code generation.

Your job is to understand the system deeply enough to direct the AI correctly, catch its mistakes, and own every deployment to production.

Requirements needed to apply for Junior Full-Stack Developer:

You Must Have

Full Stack Development Experience.

Skills akin to PHP 7.x / Laravel 5.x experience — comfort reading and reasoning about legacy code, not just modern versions

PostgreSQL/MySQL — schema comprehension, writing and queries, updates, migrations.
Payment gateway experience
Git Repository — branching, PRs, precise commits; no bulk operations
AWS familiarity — navigating RDS, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch without breaking things
Strong written communication — task documentation, incident reports, clear status updates
QA experience preferred! Instinct to ask before assuming and verify before deploying

Helpful to Have

React/JavaScript — enough to review frontend components and debug issues
Docker — local development troubleshooting
REST API debugging — curl, reading HTTP logs, auth flows
Testing experience (PHPUnit, Playwright, or Jest)
Linux/CLI comfort

Nice to Have

Mobile development (iOS/Android/React Native)
AI-assisted development experience (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
Python scripting
Experience working in monorepo structures
