Requirements

Must have:

Responsibilities:

- We help candidates rebuild their technical credibility through a structured program focused on refreshing skills and strengthening job readiness.

• We guide applicants in updating their technology stack, creating relevant project experience, and preparing for interviews.
• We support candidates in positioning themselves for roles such as junior software programmer, Java full-stack engineer, Python/Java developer, DevOps/cloud engineer, data analyst, BI analyst, data engineer, data scientist, and ML/AI engineer.
• We connect qualified candidates with employers and manage resume sharing with our client network and internal placement team.
• We provide process support throughout the job search so candidates can re-enter the market with a clearer strategy and stronger presentation.
