Lab Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- We require hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

• We expect familiarity with firmware updates for DCSCM Cerberus BMC Manticore on Gen 8 through Gen 11 blades.
• We look for practical knowledge of BIOS/BMC chip flashing and tools such as Dediprog Programmer.
• We value experience with Royal TS, PuTTY, Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer, WinSCP, and KVM.
• We prefer candidates who can assist with security testing, vulnerability validation, and firmware resilience assessment.
• We need someone comfortable documenting technical procedures and security workflows.
• We expect strong troubleshooting ability for firmware-related issues.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams is important.

Responsibilities:

- We implement firmware updates for DCSCM Cerberus BMC Manticore across Gen 8 to Gen 11 blades.

• We support testing efforts to uncover vulnerabilities and evaluate firmware robustness.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to ensure updates align with security standards and business requirements.
• We maintain clear documentation for update procedures and security protocols.
• We troubleshoot and resolve firmware-related incidents as they arise.
• We use tools such as Royal TS, PuTTY, Azure Storage Explorer, Dediprog Programmer, WinSCP, and KVM as part of our work.
