Akkodis Group NordicsAkkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in West Palm Beach, FL. Candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in ScienceLogic (SL1) platform administration to architect, configure, and optimize large‑scale monitoring solutions.
$45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of the ScienceLogic (SL1) platform to support enterprise‑wide monitoring needs.
Design and maintain monitoring solutions across servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud environments using SL1 capabilities.
Develop automation scripts and integrations leveraging Python, PowerShell, shell scripting, ServiceNow, and API‑based workflows.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conduct UAT sessions, coordinate go‑live activities, and refine alerting, event correlation, and incident workflows.
Troubleshoot complex monitoring issues including collection failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration gaps while ensuring platform stability.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, collectors, dynamic applications, power packs, and custom monitoring modules to maintain optimal performance.
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of hands‑on experience.
Candidate must have strong proficiency in ScienceLogic architecture, configuration, dynamic applications, power packs, integrations, and monitoring solution design.Candidate must have solid experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Shell) and integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, and API‑based workflows.
