: Lead AI Data Engineer
Expected to come to corporate office in Denver on a quarterly basis (Expenses Reimbursed)

Overview We are looking for an AI Data Engineer to join our team and help us design, build, and deploy AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining AI pipelines, data models, and applications that leverage Azure AI services and tools.
You will also collaborate with other engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of our AI solutions.
This role will be instrumental in helping to build out the client AI technical team.
Leading the exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI, venturing into new areas within these fields Should be fluent in Python and able to utilize off the shelf libraries and code as well as to alter and optimize them.
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI services and tools, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.
Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage using Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, etc.
Implementing and deploying machine learning/ deep learning neural networks using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe and other frameworks
Develop and maintain NLP pipelines for risk assessment, threat classification, named entity recognition, information retrieval, summarization etc.
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with fine-tuning approaches and training models. Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of NLP models and algorithms that can scale across diverse languages and dialects, taking into consideration the linguistic variations and complexities present in different language communities.
Perform experiments and comparative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different model architectures and fine-tune hyperparameters for optimal performance.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and present solutions to clients.
Optimize and monitor AI pipelines, models, and applications using Azure DevOps, Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, etc.
Research and evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks to improve our AI capabilities and performance.
Communicate and document AI solutions and architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements Bachelors (Masters preferred) in machine learning or alternatively a comparable industry career, with significant experience on delivering products using innovative NLP technologies.
5+ years of hands-on technical experience with extensive background in deep Strong knowledge of Azure AI services and tools, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and other programming languages for data analysis and AI development.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
In-depth experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures Experience with data engineering and data science concepts and techniques, such as data modeling, data cleansing, data visualization, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
Published research in the NLP field is highly desirable but not specifically required, indicating an ability to not only understand but also contribute to cutting-edge research.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Certification in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate is a plus.
Data Scientist or anything related to AI and Machine Learning
Experience developing and driving solutions and strategy for AI and data
Ideal blend of experience is data science and AI engineering
Clinical isn't requirement, but is nice to have
Need cloud experience - Azure preferred, but open to other cloud experience
Need data security knowledge - will be a steward of data security, but won't be responsible for it
